What is the difference between a designated open-style and a blind box?

Open-style boxes are boxes that have already been opened by warehouse staff. Warehouse staff manually open the box to confirm the style. Open-style boxes are not sealed. Dolls are usually packaged in sealed bags (some series may not have sealed bags for the dolls, so please be aware of the actual situation).

· As shown in the picture below, the doll is placed in a sealed bag 
(Open-style does not result in missing accessories. If the product you received is missing accessories, please provide a video of opening the package and contact online customer service for after-sales service.)

· As shown in the picture below, the doll is not packaged in a sealed bag

How to pay taxes?

WAWOO uses Shopify Tax Services. Therefore, taxes are automatically calculated during checkout. If additional taxes are required for customs clearance, please cooperate with customs to ensure the package is shipped normally.

Taxes are charged based on the number of packages or orders. If your order only includes a doll set and the set exceeds the standard logistics limit, the package will need to be split into two packages for delivery, which may incur additional charges. In this case, you can choose Max logistics to ensure that the doll set is shipped in only one package (please refer to the logistics policy for restrictions of different logistics). If the quantity of products in your order is greater than the package quantity,Usually no additional charges will be incurred (the doll set is considered as 1 piece)

Why do Standard Shipping and Special Shipping appear at the same time when checking out an order?

Because some dolls contain batteries, magnets, liquids, and other restricted materials, they require special shipping methods. If you order both regular dolls and dolls with restricted materials, you will be charged two shipping fees for one order.

When your order reaches a certain weight, we recommend that you choose Large Size Shipping. Large Size Shipping supports dolls with restricted materials such as batteries, magnets, and liquids, and ensures that the purchased doll set will not be split into multiple packages. For more detailed logistics rules, please refer to the logistics policy or contact online customer service directly to obtain the most affordable and satisfactory logistics plan.

Why is there only PayPal on the checkout page?

WAWOO is in its early stages and currently only supports PayPal. If you have to use other payment methods, please contact online customer service to assist you with payment.

How to use the new member discount?

1.Click the User button.

2.Enter your email address and verify

3.Once you've entered the order page, you've successfully logged in. Then, select your items. Orders over $20 will receive a $5 discount for new customers. Add the items to cart, then click Checkout in the lower right corner.

4.When the "NEW USERS (20-5)" discount notification appears on your checkout page, the new user coupon has taken effect. If you encounter any issues during your purchase, please contact our online customer service or leave a message.
