We provide delivery services to the following countries/regions, and each country/region has a corresponding shipping fee: United States, Japan, Canada, Norway, Austria, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Mexico, Romania, United Kingdom, Russia, Poland, Sweden, South Korea, Spain, New Zealand, Italy, France, Israel, Portugal, Brazil, Ukraine, Chile. Remote areas or islands in these countries may not support delivery.

About shipping
The logistics provider we currently use is SHUNYOU. Due to the large size of some products sold on WAWOO, the shipping fee you pay when ordering may be inaccurate, rather than the actual logistics fee of the order.
In order to ensure that your order can be shipped smoothly, we will carefully calculate the actual shipping cost after placing the order. If the shipping cost is different from the estimate, we will proactively contact you to explain the situation and work together to find the best solution (such as whether there is a more affordable logistics channel) to save you money.
Note: Due to the physical inspection and weight limit of the package, the total weight of a single order cannot exceed 5kg. When you check out, you will find that the shipping column shows "Please buy in batches". This means that you need to buy the goods in batches. If you need to buy a large number of goods, you can contact the online customer service during the customer service online hours or contact us by email. We will help you choose the most suitable transportation method.
About taxes
The customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred when international orders are cleared at the destination must be borne by the recipient (you). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! Please note that we may not be able to control delivery delays caused by customs procedures or receiving information issues. However, international logistics are long distances, and occasionally the outer packaging may be slightly bumped or damaged during transportation.
